A new, market-aligned look for Volvic
Mission
To repackage the Volvic flavoured sparkling water series. The original packaging focuses on the brand, rather than the flavours and benefits the product has to offer. To expand beyond the physical product, I was also keen to create physical and digital advertising assets that could be used to in public spaces.
Research
Observing other flavoured sparklling waters in the market, I was able to identify the successful brands and techniques. Having these in mind helped to determine my approach to colour and typography.
outcome
A colourful series that puts natural flavour at the forefront, with a large V that wraps the can and shows the fruit in hand. The multipack box offers a cut-out feature, allowing the customer to interact with the product itself before purchasing – a technique not used by the rest of the market. Advertising assets were created as a result of the branding applied to the physical products, ensuring consistency across the campaign.
